Legendary Temptations Concert w/ D*Funk Band Warming the Stage Up! at Heartland Events Center

October 10, 2009 from 8pm to 11pm

You read it correctly, the Legendary Temptations will be LIVE in concert at the Grand Island Heartland Events Center. Your very own favorite local band, D*Funk has been invited and has the privilege of warming the stage up and you KNOW WE WILL DO JUST THAT! We are extremely excited and honored to warm the stage, please join us for the Legendary Temptations and supporting D*Funk Band! We will see you in Grand Island.

Profile Information

How Did You Hear About D*Funk?: Band member

Maria has been singing since she could talk and performing since the first grade. She started out dancing for talent shows and after two years of dancing realized she was meant to be singing. As a child she was invited to sing for weddings, charities, and beauty pageants. In high school she sang the national anthem for the Colorado Rockies and for high school sports events. From 2002 through 2004 she opened up for Comstock for acts such as Martina McBride, Trick Pony, Kenny Chesney, and Gary Allen. Although music is a big part of Maria’s life, in 2006 she had a baby boy and he has become her pride and joy.
